With a Master’s in Business Administration focusing on Management & Organizations and certifications in Agile Methodologies (PSPO I, PSM I), I bring a diverse set of skills to the table.

Process Manager at Wilo SE (Since September 2021)
As a Process Manager, I have been leading governance and change management initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes within Group Product Management. My responsibilities include risk analysis, end-to-end process modeling, ISO compliance, and driving continuous improvement projects. I have implemented agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and flexibility, coordinated margin improvement projects, and optimized the product portfolio hierarchy. Additionally, I have developed strategic KPIs, created performance dashboards using Tableau, and led regular launch consulting meetings to ensure seamless operations.

Support Pricing & Global Account Management at Wilo SE (September 2020 – August 2021)
I contributed to the development of the Global Account Management strategy, conducted potential analyses, coordinated global account networks, and created comprehensive reports using QlikView.
